Appearance of the plant: The Pachira Aquatica, also known as the Money Tree, has a thick, braided trunk that branches out into several long, thin stems at the top. The hand-shaped, glossy green leaves can grow up to 30 cm long. This plant is valued for its elegant and exotic appearance.
Location: The Pachira Aquatica thrives best in a bright spot with indirect sunlight. Direct sunlight can damage the leaves. This plant is suitable for indoor use, preferably in a room with plenty of natural light.
Water requirements: The Pachira needs moderate watering. Allow the soil to dry out between waterings and only water the plant when the top layer of soil is dry. In summer, the plant needs a little more water, about once a week.
